Ok, so since there was nothing worth really running out to the store for recently, and I was pretty much home having a lot of painful dental work (thank goodness for Vicodin!!), I took a mini-break. I do that from time to time.
This week at Walgreens is going to be really good.
I thought I posted a while ago that Nasal Ease would be a money maker this coming week. It will be priced at $9.99 with a $9.99 Register Reward, making it free after RR. There is a coupon available on E-Bay for $5 off that same product! The prices vary on these coupons, but I always search for Buy It Now and sort by price, and order the largest amount of coupons I can for the lowest price.
Similasan will also be free after RR this week. It is $6 with a $6 RR...There are coupons on E-Bay for $1.50 off any Similasan product.
So, we can make some money here folks!!
Here is how I plan to do it:
I will spend $5 and use a $5 off coupon to get one Nasal Ease.
This will generate a RR for $9.99 (usually they round it up to $10, but sometimes they don't just depends).
I will then pick up a Similasan for $6. I will use my $9.99 RR and a $1.50 off coupon for Similasan. To use both coupons my amount spent at the register will have to exceed $11.50. I will pick up $5.50 worth of random stuff, whatever we happen to need at the moment. I will buy both, and pay only tax and any excess I added on, and get a $6 RR.
I will then pick up another Nasal Ease. I will use my $5 off Nasal Ease coupon, and my $6 off RR, and I will have to add in an item valued over $1 to use both coupons. I ordered coupons on E-Bay for Dawn Hand Renewal, it will be priced at .99 cents a bottle, and the coupons are for .50/1. I need three items to use three coupons (Walgreens coupon policy), so I will have to add in an extra item, I like to use Ramen noodles for this, they make a good snack. I will again pay tax and whatever extra I added on.
Each time I roll it over I will make about $6.50 in free merchandise. By the end of the week we should have a nice little stock of Nasal Ease, Similasan, Dawn Hand Renewal, and whatever else I happen to be needing.
Aqua Fresh kids pump will also be free after coupons. We are all stocked up on Spinbrushes and toothpaste after a sale I found after Christmas at Wal-Mart, so we don't need any, but if you do need some, there are going to be coupons coming out in the newspaper on Sunday 4/15 for $1/1 kids Aquafresh, pair that with a coupon for $1/1 kid Aquafresh in the monthly coupon book at the front of the store, and it is free after both coupons. You will need an extra item so you have two items for two coupons, so you might wrap it into one of the deals up above. The coupons are also already available on E-Bay if you would rather not buy the newspaper, or you could order them on Sunday as soon as they come out (the price might drop when there are more available), they will usually get to you before the sale ends, and you can always ask for a rain check if they don't.
Anyway, it looks like it will be a fun week at Wags!!!
