Target deal on area rugs

I am at Target, and found a bunch of area rugs on clearance with prices starting at $13 at this location, to add to it , there are big signs on the display that say buy one get one half off! Target clearance can vary dramatically between stores, but some great deals if you need a rug!

    Yes Target offers great deals for rugs and there is more scope to save money on rugs with these deals.
