This is one of my all time favorite freebies! Here in Phoenix they give classes at both the W hotel in Scottsdale and at the Biltmore. The classes are fun, challenging, and a blast... and if you can't make it to any of the classes, they even have Yoga videos on their website to do anywhere, at anytime!
